Start your day with a gut-loving, hormone-supporting treat that pairs perfectly with your morning coffee. This Collagen Tiramisu is packed with protein from Chief Collagen, fibre-rich chia seeds, and healthy fats from coconut yoghurt, making it a balanced and satisfying option for breakfast or an afternoon pick-me-up. Designed for easy meal prep, you can whip it up in just 5 minutes and have a ready-to-go, nutrient-dense treat that fuels your body while supporting digestion and hormone health. Enjoy it straight away or let it chill for an even creamier texture!

Ingredients

2 tbsp chia seeds

2 heaped tbsp Chief Unflavoured Collagen Protein, or Creamy Vanilla Collagen Protein

180g Coconut yoghurt [or yoghurt of choice]

1 tsp pure maple syrup [optional]

1 shot of coffee

¼ cup unsweetened almond milk

2 tbsp coconut yoghurt [or yoghurt of choice]

1 heaped tbsp Chief Dark Chocolate Collagen Protein

Directions
In a small bowl, mix chia seeds, collagen protein, coconut yoghurt, maple syrup (if using), coffee, and almond milk. Stir well to combine.
Let the mixture sit for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally to allow the chia seeds to absorb the liquid and create a thick, pudding-like texture.
Now spoon the remaining coconut yoghurt on top of the pudding and dust with Chief Dark Chocolate Collagen Protein.
Enjoy immediately or keep in the fridge for up to 3 days. We also love to prepare a big batch on a Sunday night, so we have a nourishing breakfast to go for busy weekdays.
