The best way to describe the taste would be like a nut butter biscuit. They're sweet but they’re very low in sugar because we use a natural sweetener (monk fruit). We avoid stevia because it can have a lingering aftertaste.
In our beef bars and biltong we use organic, grass-fed, grass-finished, added hormone free, antibiotic free and ethically raised beef sourced from family owned organic farms in QLD, Australia where cattle forage freely all year round.

Our collagen bars are certified Halal. The beef we use in our beef bars and biltong is Halal certified but our manufacturing is not Kosher or Halal certified yet. W
The beef bars and biltong will last on the shelf for up to 12 months without refrigeration. The collagen bars up to 14 months. The date on the product is a best before date, not an expiry date, which means it's a question of taste after that date. If you want them to last longer, they can be refrigerated or frozen.
With our beef products, refrigerate once opened and consume within 3 days.
