Like jerky, but better
Unlike most jerky, we naturally preserve our beef just as our ancestors did - without nasty preservatives which destroy gut health. A lot of jerky is also surprisingly high in sugar, but not these. And, they're slow dried which makes them much more tender than jerky. Better is an understatement.

I grew sick of cracked teeth, weird dry chunks of what might be shoe leather and more salt and preservatives than my kidneys know what to do with. Value for money. The beef biltong is the best I have had so far; I've tried several brands. The beef bars are good, it's a good load of protein for on the go. Although I still need to get used to eating cooked beef like that. The collagen bars are nice, in a variety of flavours, with a good serve of protein.

The best way to describe the taste would be like a nut butter biscuit. They're sweet but they’re very low in sugar because we use a natural sweetener (monk fruit).

All our meat is organic, grass-fed, grass-finished, added hormone free, antibiotic free and ethically raised Aussie beef. Sourced directly from family owned farms following regenerative practices. Free from Bovaer and other feed additives as the cattle graze pasture their whole lives.

Yes! Our kids love them and our whole range is perfect for kids. They are quite filling though so half a bar will probably be more than enough for the younger ones. Please note our collagen bars contain nuts.
