Unlike most jerky, we naturally preserve our beef just as our ancestors did - without nasty preservatives which destroy gut health. A lot of jerky is also surprisingly high in sugar, but not these. And, they're slow dried which makes them much more tender than jerky. Better is an understatement.

Amazing starter pack to experience the best of Chief bestsellers; didn't quite know what to expect, but in the end I found a thoughtful collection of interesting nutrition, to replace rubbish snacks that are too within reach, and unknown in nutrition. Good get the value, and also share with friends and get involved in this movement of things good for you, that really are.

I purchased this pack for our Christmas road trip (2 adults and 2 kids), and it was a fantastic way to try the full range and see who liked what. The kids weren’t fans of the biltong bars, but my husband loved them. The kids really enjoyed the collagen bars, and my favourites were the collagen bars (with and without chocolate) and the biltong. A great variety and perfect for a family road trip!

I originally attempted to purchase 10 beef bars. At least thats what I thought. I received a pack with 4 kiddies chocalate bar things, 3 packets of Jerkey and 3 beef bars. So I threw the lot in the bin.

I was surprised at how filling and delicious every bar and packet is. It really is hard to stop at one. I have started a Keto diet and most items suit this really well. Bonus !!

Nice way to sample the products. Not tried all yet but the meat bars though smaller than expected have a toughness which lends to taking small nibbles and chewing a lot. Not a bad thing and makes the bar more satisfying over a longer time. Good change from stodgy sweet tasting power/protein bars.

Thought I'd try the starter pack. Admittedly I'm not overly keen on the first billtong bar I tried (think it's the texture, I'll try the others) but I smashed the collagen bars. They were all delicious and will definately be ordering some more!!!!

The best way to describe the taste would be like a nut butter biscuit. They're sweet but they’re very low in sugar because we use a natural sweetener (monk fruit).

Yes! Our kids love them and our whole range is perfect for kids. They are quite filling though so half a bar will probably be more than enough for the younger ones. Please note our collagen bars contain nuts.
