How to redeem your points
Login or create an account
You need to be logged in to your account to see and redeem your points.
Go to Checkout
Once you're logged in, when you go to checkout you'll see an option to redeem your points.
Click "Apply"
When you click Apply it'll use your points for a discount.
How to redeem your points as a subscriber
Login to your account
Then click the "Manage Subscriptions" button. Or click here for a magic link.
Option 1: Apply points to your existing subscription
Click the "Loyalty Points" button, then select "Redeem Your Points". These will apply a discount to your next order.
Option 2: Apply points to new products
This will add discounted one time or subscription products to your next order - a great way to leverage your free shipping!
How to check your points history
Head to our Rewards Page, ensure you're logged in then click "Rewards history". This will show you points earned, points redeemed, and points expiry dates.
