Affiliate Terms

By creating an affiliate account with Chief Nutrition, you agree to these Affiliate Terms. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not create an affiliate account or promote Chief Nutrition as an affiliate.

This site is owned and operated by Chief Nutrition Pty Ltd (Chief Nutrition). This site is controlled and operated by Chief Nutrition from its office in the State of New South Wales, Australia. Although this site can be accessed from other locations, by accessing this site you agree that these terms of use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New South Wales, without giving effect to its conflicts of law principles.


1. No Discount or Coupon Sites

Discount and coupon site accounts are prohibited and will be deleted without notice.


2. Prohibited Use of Paid Advertising

Affiliates are strictly prohibited from using any form of paid advertising (including but not limited to Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, TikTok Ads, or any other CPC/PPC platform) to drive traffic to Chief Nutrition’s website using their affiliate links.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Bidding on Chief Nutrition brand terms (e.g. "Chief Nutrition", "Chief beef bars", "wearechief.com")
  • Direct linking to any Chief Nutrition domain or page from a paid ad
  • Using display URLs that mimic or reference Chief Nutrition
  • Running retargeting ads using Chief Nutrition’s name or likeness 
  • Any paid promotion that results in inflation of traffic or conversion via CPC arbitrage.

Accounts found to be running paid advertising may be deleted without notice.


3. Use of Brand Name and Trademarks

Affiliates may not use Chief Nutrition’s brand name, product names, or trademarks in ad copy, headlines, or keywords without prior written consent. 


4. Monitoring and Enforcement

We actively monitor affiliate traffic and advertising activity. Any violation of this policy may result in: Immediate suspension from the affiliate program Reversal of commissions associated with prohibited activity Legal action in cases of trademark infringement or fraud 


5. Exceptions

If you wish to run paid campaigns that promote Chief Nutrition, you must request written approval in advance. We may grant limited permission to select affiliates based on strategy alignment.


6. Withholding of Affiliate Commissions

If you breach these terms, Chief Nutrition reserves the right to withhold any affiliate commission and will not be liable for any payment to you.
