Here's a simple but effective 15 min full body workout with Chief Ambassador Claudia Klein, filmed at the workout bars on Bondi Beach.

All you need is a booty band to do this workout. And gentlemen, don't think this is just for the ladies! It's a killer workout for your glutes which will help a lot with athletic performance and with some types of knee pain caused by under active glutes.

Chief Co-founder, nutritionist and exercise physiologist Veronika Larisova takes us through a 20 min full body workout. Here's a quick and easy 10 min full body strength workout from our friends at Strength In Motion that you can do at home. You can use a pair of light dumbbells or body weight or even full water bottles! If you want a longer workout, do it twice!
