All you need is a booty band to do this workout. And gentlemen, don't think this is just for the ladies! It's a killer workout for your glutes which will help a lot with athletic performance and with some types of knee pain caused by under active glutes. When your glutes are weak, your thigh tends to rotate inwards which puts a lot of stress on the knee.
