Warm up:

  • 10 overhead rotations
  • 10 good mornings
  • 10 overhead squats
  • 10 twisters
  • 10 hip bridges
  • 10 single leg hip bridges each side


Workout:

Timer 45s ON/15s OFF (I use the SECONDS app)

  • Squat (progression: squat press) x 45 sec
  • 15 sec rest
  • Seated row x 45 sec
  • 15 sec rest
  • Resisted push up x 45 sec
  • 15 sec rest
  • Compound crunch x 45 sec
  • 15 sec rest

Repeat 3 times.
