These Immune Shot Gummies are one easy and delicious way to support your immune system throughout winter. They have a fresh citrusy flavour thanks to the kombucha, and a hint of fresh ginger and turmeric for extra antioxidants. Naturally sweetened with raw honey they contain no refined sugars, and we’ve added Chief Unflavoured Collagen Protein Powder for an extra nutritional boost.
Makes 6 large gummies or 12 small gummies
Cook Time: 15 minutes, 2 hours to set

Ingredients
- 1 cup filtered water
- 375ml ginger and turmeric kombucha
- 4 heaped tbsp Chief Unflavoured Collagen Protein
- ½ cup gelatin powder
- 1 thumb sized piece of fresh ginger, finely grated
- 1 thumb sized piece of fresh turmeric, finely grated
- 1 heaped tbsp raw honey
- Pinch of black pepper
Method
- Add gelatin, turmeric, pepper and juice to a small saucepan. Gently heat (on low) and stir with a metal spoon until combined and gelatin has bloomed (the mixture has become firm). Do not boil or simmer.
- Add honey and stir until everything is blended well. Remove from heat immediately. Set aside and let cool to room temperature.
- Pour into a mould or silicone tray. Silicone ice cube trays are perfect. Let the mixture cool slightly to avoid spillage when you transfer it to the fridge, a allow to set for at least lace in fridge for at least 2 hrs.
- Either remove the gummies from the moulds or slice into pieces.
- Keep gummies in the fridge or in a cool place (room temperature is fine).
