These Immune Shot Gummies are one easy and delicious way to support your immune system throughout winter. They have a fresh citrusy flavour thanks to the kombucha, and a hint of fresh ginger and turmeric for extra antioxidants. Naturally sweetened with raw honey they contain no refined sugars, and we’ve added Chief Unflavoured Collagen Protein Powder for an extra nutritional boost.
Makes 6 large gummies or 12 small gummies
Cook Time: 15 minutes, 2 hours to set

Ingredients
- 1 cup filtered water
- 375ml ginger and turmeric kombucha
- 4 heaped tbsp Chief Unflavoured Collagen Protein
- ½ cup gelatin powder
- 1 thumb sized piece of fresh ginger, finely grated
- 1 thumb sized piece of fresh turmeric, finely grated
- 1 heaped tbsp raw honey
- Pinch of black pepper
Method
- Add gelatin, water, kombucha, turmeric, black pepper to a small saucepan. Gently heat over a low hear, and stir with a metal spoon until combined and gelatin has bloomed (the mixture has become firm). Make sure not to boil or simmer.
- Add the honey and stir to combine. Once combined, remove from heat immediately. Set aside and allow it to come to room temperature.
- Carefully pour the mixture into a silicone ice cube tray, and transfer it to the fridge. Allow to set for at least 2 hrs.
- Remove the gummies from the moulds and store in an airtlight container in the fridge.
