Method

  1. Melt butter in a saucepan, and continue to cook until it turns golden brown (approx. 10 mins). Add collagen protein and using a whisk to combine
  2. Fry bacon until golden brown (approx. 5 minutes)
  3. Line tray with baking paper. Pour the melted butter into the tray, and sprinkle over the crispy
  4. Put tray in freezer for at least an hour to set.
  5. Break into rough pieces.
