Terms and Conditions

  1. This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or affiliated with Woolworths, Instagram, Facebook or any other social media platform.
  2. Employees of Chief Nutrition, Ambassadors of Chief Nutrition, or their family members or anyone else connected in any way with the competition or helping to set up the competition shall not be permitted to enter the competition.
  3. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these conditions of entry. Entry into the promotion is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.
  4. The competition is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over.
  5. The competition starts 22 March 2024 and finishes at 5:00pm on the 5th April 2024.
  6. To enter you must complete the steps as outlined above including submitting a picture of a unique and legible Woolworths receipt validating your purchase within the competition dates.
  7. Each Chief product purchased at a Woolworths store within the competition period counts as one entry. If you purchase 8 or more products, you will receive double entries. You may enter as many times as you wish.
  8. The winner of the Active Escapes trip will be drawn at random on the 10th April 2024 and announced via social media. The Active Escapes trip does not include flights. The winner will need to book and pay for their own flights. The Active Escapes trip includes a private hotel or standard room on any Active Escapes in Bali or Australia valued at $2,790. If the winner wishes to upgrade to villa or master room or add a friend they can do this at an extra cost.
  9. The winner of the giveaway must book their Active Escapes trip within 30 days of being announced.
  10. In the event that an ineligible entry is drawn or we are unable to contact a winner within 24 hours of the Prize draw, we may deem that winner’s entry invalid and select a new winner on the same terms as the original Prize draw.
  11. The winner of the year's supply of Chief products is based upon the person with the most validated purchases from Woolworths within the competition period. A "years supply" of your favourite Chief product means a monthly delivery of one product (e.g. a box of 12 of your favourite bars, delivered monthly for 12 months).
  12. The prizes are not transferable, changeable or redeemable for cash.
  13. In the event that a prize or any part of it becomes unavailable for any reason, we may at our sole discretion decide to provide an alternative product.
  14. We reserve the right to cancel or amend the competition and these
    terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of our control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible.
  15. Chief is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
  16. If a winner cannot accept or take part in the prize for any reason, their prize will be void and no compensation will be payable.
  17. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
  18. By entering into this competition you agree to receiving marketing emails from Chief Nutrition.
  19. The winner agrees to the use of their name and image in any publicity material. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current Australian data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
