Our regular orderers will know we've had a bit of trouble with our old warehouse over the past few months. Being outsourced, they have lots of other customers and when online volume spikes (like happens during lockdown) their processing times slow down significantly. Add to this slow delivery times from Australia Post and the result is very slow deliveries!
So, we're very happy to say we've just moved to a new warehouse provider who is doing a fantastic job. We had a few little hiccups along the way, e.g. systems not updating tracking info (sorry if this affect you!), and it was a little tough to sort during lockdown but all in all it was a pretty smooth transition and orders are going out the door much more quickly now.
The other change this has allowed us to make is to offer different levels of shipping, so if you want your order extra fast you can now choose express shipping options including couriers. You can also choose to Pick Up from our warehouse (we're in Kingsgrove, near Sydney Airport) if you live nearby and want to save on shipping.
