Ingredients

2 x Chief Peanut Butter Collagen Protein Bars (use your hands to crumble)

2 cups almond meal

3 tbsp coconut oil, melted

2 tbsp raw honey or pure maple syrup

2 tbsp Chief Creamy Vanilla Collagen Protein

Pinch of sea salt

1 cup natural smooth peanut butter

2 x Chief Peanut Butter Collagen Protein Bars (use your hands to crumble)

2 tbsp Chief Creamy Vanilla Collagen Protein

1/3 cup raw honey or pure maple syrup

1/4 cup coconut oil

Pinch of sea salt

160g 95% Dark Chocolate

Directions
Pre-heat oven to 180°C and line a baking tray with baking paper.
Base: In a medium bowl add the almond meal, Chief Peanut Butter Collagen bars, coconut oil, honey, and salt. Mix together with a wooden spoon.
Pour into the lined baking tray and use your fingers to evenly press down into the tray. Bake for 10 minutes. Allow crust to cool for 10 minutes before adding caramel.
Caramel Filling: Add the peanut butter, honey, coconut oil, Chief Peanut Butter Collagen Bars, Chief Creamy Collagen Protein, and sea salt to clean mixing bowl, using a wooden spoon to combine. Pour over the slightly cooled crust and place in the freezer for 30 minutes.
Chocolate Topping: Add chocolate and coconut oil to a small sauce pan, and place over a low-medium heat. Make sure you continually stir the chocolate until chocolate is completely melted to ensure it doesn’t burn.
Pour over the caramel layer, and slightly tilt the tray to evenly disperse the chocolate.
Store in the freezer overnight, and cut into 6 bars the following day.
