Ingredients
Burger patties
- 500g organic grass-fed beef mince
- 1 egg
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 1/2 red onion
- 1/2 cup coriander or parsley
- 8 capsules Chief Beef Liver Capsules
- Celtic sea salt
Burger
- Sourdough buns (GF)
- Organic rocket and spinach
- Your homemade burger patties ^
- Red onion
- Tomato
- Alfalfa sprouts
Method
- Dice onion, garlic and herbs then combine in a bowl with beef mince, egg, beef liver powder and salt - mix together thoroughly.
- Roll mince mixture into balls and place into a pan to cook, flattening them into a pattie shape. Cook for approx 5 minutes on each side.
- Prepare your burger filling ingredients and build your burger, starting with the leafy green, then the pattie and working your way up.
- Enjoy your high protein, nutrient rich, homemade healthy burger.
