Makes 4 Burgers
Cook time: 15 minutes
Dietary: Gluten-free, dairy free, iron rich

 

Ingredients 

Burger patties 

  • 500g organic grass-fed beef mince 
  • 1 egg 
  • 3 cloves of garlic 
  • 1/2 red onion 
  • 1/2 cup coriander or parsley 
  • 8 capsules Chief Beef Liver Capsules
  • Celtic sea salt 

Burger 

  • Sourdough buns (GF) 
  • Organic rocket and spinach 
  • Your homemade burger patties ^ 
  • Red onion 
  • Tomato 
  • Alfalfa sprouts 

 

Method

  1. Dice onion, garlic and herbs then combine in a bowl with beef mince, egg, beef liver powder and salt - mix together thoroughly.
  2. Roll mince mixture into balls and place into a pan to cook, flattening them into a pattie shape. Cook for approx 5 minutes on each side.
  3. Prepare your burger filling ingredients and build your burger, starting with the leafy green, then the pattie and working your way up.
  4. Enjoy your high protein, nutrient rich, homemade healthy burger.
