Eating cookie dough off the spoon is one of those universal childhood experiences. Though, eating raw eggs and flour isn't good for you, we have all been guilty of it. Here is a twist on a childhood favourite, cookie dough bark. Plus it has the added protein from our Creamy Vanilla Collagen Protein Powder. Whether you’re looking for a healthy dessert, or sweet bite to soothe your 3pm sugar cravings, this recipe will go down a treat.

Method

  1. In a large bowl, mix together all ingredients (excluding the choc chips) with a wooden spoon. Once combined, fold in the chocolate chips.
  2. Line a baking tray with baking paper and add cookie dough on top. Using your hands spread across and form to make the bark (we like to wet our hands slightly to help prevent the mixture from sticking.
  3. Add the bark to freezer for about 5 to 10 minutes
  4. While bark chills, you can start making the chocolate. Combine all ingredients together in a bowl. Once combined, pour chocolate across the bark and allow to set back in freezer for at least an hour
  5. Remove from freezer, cut into pieces and enjoy!

*Store in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 3 months.
