A creamy, dreamy guacamole for when you need a wholesome snack. Serve with corn chips or slices of toasted bread for a pre-dinner snack or use as part of your next entertaining platter.
Prep time: 5 minutes
½ cup full-fat Greek yoghurt
1 lime, juiced
1 teaspoon sea salt
¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
¼ teaspoon dried chilli flakes
1 cup coriander, roughly chopped
1 pack Chief Chilli Biltong, to serve
Extra virgin olive oil, for serving
Add avocado into a bowl and mash with the back of a fork. Add in the yoghurt, lime juice, salt, pepper and half of the chilli flakes and half of the coriander. Mash all together until well combined. Top the guacamole with the remaining chilli flakes, the remaining coriander, the biltong pieces and a generous drizzle of olive oil.
