Nobody has time to be sick, so make sure to whip one of these smoothies up at least once a week to keep your immune system strong this winter. Not only is this a delicious way to start the day, but it’s also an easy way to make sure you take your daily dose of our Beef Liver, Heart, and Kidney capsules a.k.a Nature’s Immunity Boost without tasting a thing. Protein is also essential for immune function, so we’ve also added our Lemon Tart Collagen Protein Bar to this smoothie for an extra dose protein and citrusy flavour.

Method

  1. Place smoothie ingredients in high-speed blender, and blend until smooth and creamy.
  2. Pour into a tall glass or bowl and top with bee pollen.
