Product Description

Put back the vitamins and minerals modern diets leave out! Modern diets don't typically include high nutrient foods such as organ meats, and modern agriculture is producing plant based foods that don't contain nearly the same level of vitamins and minerals our grandparents enjoyed. This is a convenient and prep free way to sneak those vitamins and minerals back in.

  • Organic, grass-fed and grass-finished beef
  • Free from added hormones and antibiotics
  • Free from herbicides such as Glyphosate
  • Certified humane, high animal welfare
  • Freeze dried to lock in nutrients

This 180g pouch contains 90 serves of Liver Powder and is more economical than our capsules when adding to your smoothies, cooking and more (just $0.61 per serve). Add the benefits of liver to every meal without having to prepare it.

Add to meals, smoothies, etc to increase their nutritional value and fill you nutritional gaps.

Some ideas include adding the powder to porridge, scrambled eggs, stir fry, mince (e.g. bolognese), soups, gravy, other sauces and more. It has an earthy flavour which suits savoury dishes but you won't notice it in stronger sweet flavours like a chocolate smoothie. Experiment to find what works for you!

For best results, add 1 serve (2g) per person per day. To save on plastic we don't include a scoop - simply use a flat teaspoon for 1 serve, and a heaped teaspoon for 2 serves. There's no need to be exact, the recommended amount is just a guide.

Liver is a real food and is suitable for the whole family. If adding to meals, add in the last stage of cooking to preserve heat sensitive vitamins.

Mild flavour

I purchased this to get a natural source of iron. We seldom have any organ meats in our diet. I'm not a fan of liver myself, but the flavour is milder than fresh liver. Plus, added to meat dishes the flavour is unnoticeable.

Great for adding to meals

Love this for adding nutrition to meals for the family. It does have a bit of an earthy taste but find it pretty easy to mask in meals.

Beef liver powder is a winner

I add 2 grams of liver powder to my chocolate collagen as a hot morning brew. Better than coffee well maybe not but top notch !!

Love liver now!

Not a huge fan of liver, the taste of it. But now I'm throwing into my morning smoothies and its undetectable with the chocolate protein powder.

Energy +

I have been a Chief fan for a long time, but it took me a while try the Beef Liver. I immediately felt better, they really make a difference to my energy levels which also translates to feeling better mentally. They are amazing and so is Chief!

Real food, not synthetic

Maximum absorbability

Organic, no nasties

Clean source, no additives

Why add Beef Liver to your diet?

The best source of vitamins and minerals is real food, and Beef Liver is one of the most nutrient dense food sources there is. Not everyone loves the taste of liver but it's particularly high in ironVitamin A (Retinol), Vitamin B9 (Folate) and Vitamin B12 which makes it a great, natural daily supplement to add to your smoothies and cooking.

Energy Support

When your iron and B12 is low, everything feels harder. Beef liver has what you need.

Heme Iron That Works

Heme iron (from animals) absorbs up to 5x better than iron from plants or synthetic supplements.

Complete B12 source

Works with iron to help create healthy blood cells and naturally boost your energy levels. Without B12, iron can't do its job properly.

Natural Folate (B9)

Think of folate as iron's co-pilot. Together with B12, they do their job properly to fight fatigue and support your body.

No bathroom issues

Unlike regular synthetic vitamins that cause digestive drama, liver comes from real food.

Nature's Multivitamin

Contains the full spectrum of nutrients that work together to be more effective, not just isolated iron.

Perimenopause Friendly

Supports your changing body when hormones start to shift and iron needs change (and great for the whole family!).

Clean source

Organic, grass-fed beef liver with no hormones, antibiotics or other nasties.

Made for Pack Flippers

If you ever flip the pack to check the back, you care about what you put into your body, and we do too.

    so far so good

I purchased this to get a natural source of iron, mostly. We seldom have any organ meats in our diet. I'm not a fan of liver, myself, but the flavor is milder than fresh liver. Plus, added to meat dishes the flavor is unnoticeable. I haven't had it long enough to review the health benefits.

    Tastes alright

I have only just started taking them. I like that I don’t have to eat beef liver to get the benefits, I can just have these capsules and it does the job for me.
