I’ve been taking the beef liver for 3 months and I have noticed a change in my energy levels, my nails are less brittle and I went to the doctor for a blood test and evened though I was chronically depleted in vitamin D (now on tablets) my iron levels were healthy! I need nutrition desperately. Because I’m on an extremely restricted diet, I need to find nutrients JB supplements, but most, like the food they’re made from, cause digestive problems. So far, these capsules feel good! I’m taking one every other day until I’m positive, but I don’t think there’s an allergic reaction. Very pleased!
