I have low iron and my digestive system can't take iron supplements - any wonder when you research their source. Most common supplements contain Ferrous Sulphate which originates primarily as a byproduct of industrial processes, most notably from the "pickling" of steel, where sulfuric acid removes iron oxides. No thank you! I've been taking the Organic Beef Liver for around 3 weeks and I feel great..lots of energy, no stomach upset..can't wait to see what my next blood test shows.
