About the Beef Brisket Bars
Eat clean on the move with our steak bar - a clean, meaty snack bar to satisfy your savoury cravings. Each snack bar starts off as 80g of organic, grass-fed beef brisket and topside; we just take out the water weight. We slow dry the bars to create a tender and easy-to-eat snack bar that's packed full of flavour and nutrients. Whether you're embarking on a new adventure or simply need a quick, satisfying snack, our beef bars are the perfect choice.
About the Biltong
When you want a clean snack to satisfy your savoury cravings, you'll love our biltong. Just like slow cooking is better than zapping in a microwave, we slow air dry our beef which means it's naturally more tender and healthier than jerky. Free from all the nasty stuff you usually find in dried and cured meats, very low in sugar and taste the difference with organic, grass-fed and grass-finished Aussie beef.
About the Collagen Bars
Stop eating junk with this biscuity, nut butter based snack to satisfy your sweet cravings! It's easy to find bars with great macros, or with clean ingredients, but it's hard to find both. We've done it with these bars, incredible macros AND clean ingredients!
About the Liver Capsules
Improve your energy by filling nutritional gaps with Australian Organic Beef Liver - a potent natural source of B12, Heme Iron and other essential vitamins and minerals.

Customer Reviews
Customers say these bars taste delicious and satisfying, with rich chocolate flavours and interesting varieties like hazelnut and mint. Many appreciate the convenient, portable format perfect for work, travel, and active lifestyles. Reviewers frequently mention appreciating the clean ingredient list and high protein content. Common feedback notes the bars are filling and help manage hunger between meals. Some mention texture preferences—a few find them slightly rubbery or crumbly, while others enjoy the dense, mousse-like quality. A small number report the chocolate-coated varieties can melt in warm conditions. Overall, customers value these as a tasty alternative to typical sugary snacks.

Yoonae JReviewingOrganic Biltong - Smokey BBQ - Rated 5 out of 5 stars6 days agoSooooooo much better than Jerky or Biltong!
I grew sick of cracked teeth, weird dry chunks of what might be shoe leather and more salt and preservatives than my kidneys know what to do with. Along comes Chief with a shelf stable alternative that tastes like pulled beef in a bar. Organic as well! I have bars stashed everywhere -car, work, handbag - so I can hit cravings hard and fast.

NinaReviewingCollagen Protein Bar - Hazelnut Brownie - Rated 4 out of 5 stars1 week agoChief mixed Snack Pack
Value for money. The beef biltong is the best I have had so far; I've tried several brands. The beef bars are good, it's a good load of protein for on the go. Although I still need to get used to eating cooked beef like that. The collagen bars are nice, in a variety of flavours, with a good serve of protein.

I’m so confused now Chief! I have too many favourites 😂
1st time buyer and I ordered the sample pack to see what would I like best so I could order on a subscription.
I had previously got my bars elsewhere and recommended to give Chief a try and I ain’t looking back ❤️
