  • 1 onion  
  • 4-6 cloves of garlic  
  • 500g organic grass-fed beef mince  
  • 16 Chief Organic Beef Liver Capsules  
  • 1 jar tomato-based pasta sauce  
  • 1 can diced tomatoes  
  • 2 grated zucchinis  
  • 2 large handfuls of spinach  
  • 2 cups diced mushrooms  
  • Buckwheat or lentil-based pasta  


  1. Sauté onion and garlic in a pan for a few minutes before adding beef mince to cook
  2. Grate zucchini, chop mushrooms, and add to the mince as it continues to cook
  3. Add pasta sauce, diced tomatoes, and spinach then turn down and allow to simmer for a minimum of 15 minutes
  4. Bring a saucepan of water to boil and cook your pasta of choice 
  5. Take bolognese off the heat and add beef liver by opening capsules and emptying out the powder
  6. Drain the pasta and serve in a bowl with the nutrient-rich beef bolognese sauce.
