If you’re looking for an easy + delicious dessert you have to give this 5-minute Collagen Chocolate Mousse a go! Not only is it packed full of protein, but it will also support a healthy gut thanks to the quark and collagen protein.
In a small saucepan, whisk together egg yolks, yoghurt, honey, cacao, collagen powder, tapioca flour, and sea salt. Place over low heat and cook, stirring constantly (approx. 5 mins) or until the mixture has thickened slightly.
Remove the saucepan from heat and allow to cool slightly (approx. 2 mins). Add the melted and stir until they melt into the egg yolk mixture. Set aside to cool.
Pour mousse into 2 small ramekins and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving!
Top with 1/2 crushed Chief Double Choc Collagen Bar on top of each serving.
