Ingredients
- ½ cup organic gluten-free rolled oats
- ½ cup milk of choice or filtered water
- 1 tbsp hulled tahini
- 2 tbsp Chief Creamy Vanilla Collagen Protein Powder
- ½ tsp ground cinnamon
- ½ tsp ground ginger
Toppings (optional)
- Sliced banana
- Hemp seeds
- Kefir
Method
- Combine oats, milk, tahini, cinnamon, and ginger in a small saucepan over medium heat.
- Bring to the boil. Cook, stirring, for 2–3 minutes or until oats are soft and creamy. If you enjoy thin porridge, adjust the liquid to suit your desired consistency.
- Add Chief Creamy Vanilla Collagen Powder, stirring to combine.
- Carefully pour the porridge into a servicing bowl, and top with banana, hemp seeds, and kefir.
