If Ferrero Rochers are your festive weakness… this nourishing, whole-food version is about to become your new obsession. Made with roasted hazelnuts, Chief Dark Chocolate Collagen Protein, and lots of nourishing fats, these bite-sized truffles taste just like the real thing, but with ingredients your body will love.
They’re rich, crunchy, chocolatey, and perfect for gifting, snacking, or keeping in the freezer for those sweet-tooth moments. If you’re looking for a clean Ferrero Rocher dupe…you’ve found it.
Add 1.5 cup roasted hazelnuts to a food processor and pulse into a coarse crumb. Add almond meal, cacao powder, Chief Dark Chocolate Collagen Powder, 1 tbsp melted coconut oil, maple syrup, vanilla, and salt, and blend just until the mixture sticks together when pressed. Add extra coconut oil if needed.
Roughly chop the remaining ½ cup hazelnuts and fold them through the mixture.
Roll 1 tablespoon of mixture into a ball, press a whole hazelnut into the centre, and reshape. Place on a lined tray and freeze for 15 minutes to firm.
Dip each chilled ball into the melted chocolate, roll in and return to the lined tray.
Place in your freezer until the coating is firm [approx. 20 mins]

In which part of the method do you add the collagen powder, almond meal and vanilla? Am I missing something or is the recipe incomplete? ——— Chief Nutrition replied: Hi Suzie,
Thanks so much for letting us know. I just went through and updated the recipe. Please let me know if you have anything else that is a bit confusing.
