Ingredients
- ½ cup organic grass-fed butter, melted
- ½ cup almond butter, melted
- 1 cup Chief Dark Chocolate Collagen Protein
- ½ cup organic cacao powder
- 1 cup frozen raspberries
- ½ cup macadamia nuts
- 1 tbsp bee pollen [optional]
Method
- Combine melted butter, almond butter, Chief Dark Chocolate Collagen Protein and cacao powder in a mixing bowl, stirring with a wooden spoon to combine.
- Place a sheet of baking paper into a glass container [approx. 10cm by 5cm] and pour the chocolate mixture on top.
- Sprinkle over frozen raspberries, macadamia nuts, and bee pollen. Place in the freezer for 10 minutes to set.
- Once set, slice into 8 even sized pieces.
- Enjoy immediately, or store in an airtight glass container in the freezer for up to 3 months.
