If you’re looking for something sweet, creamy and actually nourishing, this High-Protein Berry Ice Cream is it. Made with juicy organic berries, creamy Greek yoghurt, flax meal and a secret protein boost from Chief Nutrition’s Unflavoured Whey Protein.

Chief’s Unflavoured Whey Protein is the star ingredient here, adding a complete source of essential amino acids - the building blocks your body needs for muscle repair, recovery and so much more. It also helps turn this simple berry ice cream into a satisfying, protein-rich snack or sweet treat.

The organic berries bring plenty of natural sweetness, colour and antioxidants, while Greek yoghurt adds even more protein and that deliciously creamy texture. A little flax meal brings fibre and plant-based omega-3s, making this the kind of sweet treat that actually leaves you feeling satisfied.

CHIEF UNFLAVOURED WHEY PROTEIN POWDER
Chief Unflavoured Whey Protein Powder is the star ingredient, adding a complete source of protein and essential amino acids that provide the building blocks needed for neurotransmitter production and healthy brain function. Because it’s unflavoured, it blends seamlessly into the berry ice cream base, letting the natural berry sweetness shine.
ORGANIC FROZEN BLUEBERRIES
Organic blueberries are rich in antioxidants, particularly anthocyanins, which help protect cells from oxidative stress and support healthy brain and cellular function. They also provide natural sweetness, fibre and plenty of colour, making them the perfect base for this creamy, nourishing ice cream.

FLAX MEAL
Flax meal is a beautiful source of fibre and plant-based omega-3 fatty acids, which support healthy digestion, cardiovascular health and brain function. The fibre also helps to slow the release of natural sugars from the berries, while adding a subtle nutty flavour and extra texture.

ORGANIC GREEK YOGHURT
Organic Greek yoghurt provides a deliciously creamy base while adding a generous source of high-quality protein, calcium and beneficial fats. The protein helps support muscle repair and satiety, while the fermented nature of yoghurt can also provide beneficial bacteria to support a healthy gut microbiome.

CEYLON CINNAMON
Ceylon cinnamon adds a naturally warming sweetness while providing antioxidant compounds that help support healthy blood sugar balance and protect cells from oxidative stress.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup organic frozen berries (I did a mix of strawberries, blueberries + blackberries)
  • ⅓ cup milk of choice
  • 1.5 serves of Chief Nutrition Unflavoured Whey Protein (5 tbsp)
  • 2 tbsp organic full-fat Greek yoghurt (pot set)
  • 1 tbsp flax meal
