1/4 watermelon, cut into fry-shaped sticks

100g feta

¼ cup Greek yoghurt

4 tbsp Unflavoured Collagen Protein

Small bunch of mint, chopped

2 tbsp Olive Oil
Watermelon Fries
Feta Collagen Dip
Directions
Slice the watermelon into thick, fry-shaped sticks. Arrange them on a serving plate or tray.
In a food processor, add feta, Greek yoghurt, and your collagen powder.
Blend until smooth, adding olive oil a little at a time to achieve your desired consistency. The sauce should be creamy but not too thick
Taste and adjust if needed (e.g., add more mint for freshness or feta for saltiness).
Pour the feta collagen dip into a bowl and add in your chopped mint, mix to combine.
Serve alongside the watermelon fries *optional: sprinkle your favourite chilli seasoning on your watermelon
