Modern diets don't typically include high nutrient foods such as organ meats, and modern agriculture is producing plant based foods that don't contain nearly the same level of vitamins and minerals our grandparents enjoyed. All beef organs contain essential vitamins and minerals and, arguably, any one of the 3 options is a good choice. We have different formulations with different focuses, i.e. higher in some vitamins. So, if you’re looking for all round support, go for our Offal product. If you’re looking for a focus on Energy, go for Liver. And if you’re looking for a focus on Immunity, go for Liver, Heart and Kidney.
You won't taste anything from the capsules. If you open the capsules to add the powder to smoothies, food, etc you won't notice it.
The organ meat is freeze dried to capture all the nutrients and then made into a powdered form which is then added to capsules.

Our personal opinion is that, being made from real food, organ meat capsules are a great way to give your kids additional vitamins and minerals that tend to be missing from our modern diets. For our babies, 4 months and older, we used 1 capsule per day, for toddlers 2 capsules a day and for older kids and teenagers anywhere from 2-4 capsules a day. Liver is fabulous for young women beginning their monthly cycles!
We use organic grass-fed and grass-finished beef so it's very high quality liver and free from added hormones, antibiotics, etc. The processing method is freeze drying which essentially takes all the moisture out of the ingredient so that no microbes can grow.

This liver capsules will last on the shelf for up to 12 months. The date on the product is a best before date, not an expiry date, which means it's a question of taste after that date.
