Tried the organic beef liver capsules to up my iron - Easy on the gut, no meaty after taste, boosted energy levels, and I only took 2 capsules a day (recommended 4 a day), but took 4 if I needed it, i.e., long day or needed energy to get through a long night out etc. You don't notice the changes immediately - they're subtle at first, but then you can notice it. I had a blood test 3 months after taking beef liver (instead of regular iron tablets) and my GP is now referring her patients to the same product because my results were through the roof (for me)! Fantastic product.

Our personal opinion is that, being made from real food, organ meat capsules are a great way to give your kids additional vitamins and minerals that tend to be missing from our modern diets. For our babies, 4 months and older, we used 1 capsule per day, for toddlers 2 capsules a day and for older kids and teenagers anywhere from 2-4 capsules a day. Liver is fabulous for young women beginning their monthly cycles!
