This is one of our favorite recipes when you want something quick and easy but still elevated. Salmon is one of our go-to proteins as it is has high levels of omega-3 fatty acids, essential nutrients and antioxidants. Wild-caught salmon is naturally richer in these heart-healthy fats and free of the artificial additives often found in farmed fish, making it a top choice for anyone looking to enjoy the nutritional benefits.

The collagen crust adds a light, crispy layer that locks in moisture, enhancing each bite with a subtle crunch. This dish is perfect for serving health-conscious friends this summer, bringing together taste and nutrition in every mouthwatering bite.
