Beef Salad with Peaches

Here's a quick and easy salad for lunch, using our biltong as a prep free protein source!

Serves: 1
Prep time: 5 minutes


  • One bag of Chief Biltong
  • Pink Himalayan Salt
  • Freshly ground black pepper
  • 30 ml extra-virgin olive oil
  • Juice of 1/2 large lemon
  • 100 g baby rocket
  • A few leaves of green kale
  • One peach, thinly sliced (can replace with nectarines)
  • 1-2 tbsp cranberries
  • 1 tbsp of shredded fresh dill
  • Dressing: Whisk olive oil and lemon juice in a small bowl and season with
  • salt and pepper.

What to do

Wash and shred kale with your hands, drizzle with olive oil and massage for a bit. Add salt, dill and rocket and mix through. Drizzle with dressing, add peaches, cranberries and biltong and gently toss.
