These choc banana hand rolls are crispy on the outside, soft and gooey on the inside, with warm banana, dark chocolate collagen, and coconut. Perfect for a nourishing after school snack or dessert, plus a boost of collagen to support skin, gut, and joints. Simple, tasty, and actually nourishing.

Ingredients

  • 6 rice paper sheets

  • 3 eggs

  • 2 tbsp Chief Dark Chocolate Collagen Protein (+ extra for dusting)

  • ¼ cup unsweetened almond milk

  • 1 tsp melted coconut oil

  • 2 bananas (cut into chunks)

  • 2 tbsp shredded coconut

Directions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together eggs, almond milk, and melted coconut oil.

  2. Dip each rice paper sheet into the mixture, letting excess drip off

  3. Place banana in the center of the rice paper, then sprinkle over Chocolate Collagen, and coconut.

  4. Fold into pockets (like little parcels).

  5. Air fry at 180°C for 10 minutes until golden.

  6. Dust with extra Chocolate Collagen Protein
