Protein yoghurts are all the hype right now, but we were honestly horrified when we flipped the pack and checked the ingredients. From gums and fillers to artificial sweeteners, most store-bought options are far from ideal. So, we made our own – and you have 3 delicious flavours to choose from.

These creamy, collagen-boosted yoghurt cups are made with just a handful of nourishing ingredients your body will recognise and benefit from. Whether you're after a balanced snack, a recovery boost, or an easy breakfast, each combo delivers around 30g of protein with no nasties, ever.
