Boost your daily protein intake to support muscle growth, weight management, stabilise blood sugar levels, and immune function.
Whey protein is a natural protein found in milk, filtered and dried into a powder that’s rich in essential amino acids, especially leucine, which plays a key role in muscle repair, energy, and overall health. Unlike most plant proteins, whey contains all nine essential amino acids, making it a complete protein that’s easy for your body to digest and absorb.
However, not all whey is created equal. Many whey proteins on the market come from grain-fed dairy herds overseas and can contain unwanted additives, fillers, or poor-quality processing methods. Our whey comes from 100% grass-fed Australian dairy, minimally processed to retain its natural nutrition and creamy taste. Clean, simple, and quality you can trust.
Our highly bioavailable, grass-fed whey protein concentrate provides a complete source of essential amino acids to support energy, appetite control, muscle health, and overall wellbeing.
Studies show Whey Protein:
For best results, consume 1 serve (30g) per day. To reduce plastic we don’t use a scoop so simply mix 4 heaped tablespoons.
Shake it: Mix 1 serve (30g) with 250–300ml of cold water or milk of your choice. Shake well and enjoy post-workout or as a high-protein snack.
Blend it: Add to smoothies with banana, berries, nut butter, or oats for a more filling option.
Bake it: Use in pancakes, muffins, or protein balls to boost the protein content of your favourite recipes.
Mix it: Stir into yogurt, porridge, or overnight oats for an easy protein boost.
Drink it: Add to your coffee for a creamy protein boost! Here’s how to do it right:
Please note: This guidance is based upon a 15ml tablespoon which is the international standard. Most tablespoons in your kitchen drawer will be 10ml to 15ml. In Australia, a standard measuring spoon for tablespoon is 20ml, so please use 2 flat tablespoons if you’re using a 20ml spoon. Note that 15ml is not 15g of powder and 20ml is not 20g of powder, weight depends on the density of what’s being measured. For more information see our FAQ.

You might be surprised by what’s really inside some of the “top-selling” protein powders. Look closely and you'll find a cocktail of ultra-processed junk your body doesn’t need and they're all things we leave out:
Like sucralose and acesulfame potassium which are linked to gut disruption and long-term health concerns.
Like soy lecithin are ultra-processed and often completely unnecessary.
Including tartrazine and Allura Red, banned or restricted in parts of the world.
Like maltodextrin used to mask cheap ingredients, as a bulking agent to save cost and extend shelf life. But, it spikes blood sugar faster than table sugar and may also disrupt gut bacteria.
Customer Reviews
Whey protein concentrate is a natural protein powder made by filtering liquid whey to remove some of the water, lactose, and fat, leaving behind a protein-rich powder. It contains about 70–80% protein, along with beneficial fats, lactose, and bioactive compounds that support muscle growth, recovery, energy, and overall health.
The whey protein itself is tasteless and won't affect the taste of your coffee, smoothies, baking, cooking and more. You can't taste the whey in our flavoured versions.
WPC undergoes less processing than WPI, retaining more of the naturally occurring nutrients and bioactive compounds found in whey.
We chose WPC because it retains more bioactive compounds, such as immunoglobulins, lactoferrin, and growth factors, due to its less intensive processing.
WPC also contains a higher concentration of vitamins and minerals naturally present in whey, which may contribute to overall nutritional balance.
While both WPC and WPI support muscle growth, recovery, and overall protein synthesis similarly due to their complete amino acid profiles, WPC’s retention of bioactive compounds gives it an edge over WPI.

Absolutely - that's when many women need more nutrition the most. Still, check with your healthcare provider first since they know your specific situation.
While there's nothing really wrong with giving kids whey protein, it is a bit harder for some kids to digest and it's not required for most kids as they’re probably already getting what they can get from whey from dairy, etc.
For kids we generally recommend our Collagen Protein which is easier for kids to digest. Again, it's not required, but it is an easy way to sneak in more protein, especially at breakfast to help with focus and mood and/or to make foods more appealing to fussy eaters (e.g. add the choc flavour to oats or yoghurt for a chocolate version). The flavoured versions are an easy swap for sugary options like Milo (e.g. healthy choc milk or hot choc).
