I wasn’t sure about this one in my sample pack. However it was actually quite nice. Yes you can definitely taste the lemon and as with most of the bars, I do love the nutty bits. I gave my hubby a bite and he liked as well. It probably won’t be the bar I would continue to get as I definitely have my favorites that I would choose over this one.

This cashew shortbread was really good, tasted like a shortbread biscuit and I loved the cashew bits throughout the bar. Guilt free eating. I cannot wait to try them all :)

The best way to describe the taste would be like a nut butter biscuit. They're sweet but they’re very low in sugar because we use a natural sweetener (monk fruit). We avoid stevia because it can have a lingering aftertaste.

Collagen is an odourless, tasteless, dairy free protein source that's a co-product of beef. We like it because it's a great environmentally friendly option and easier on the gut than other proteins like whey. Research shows it's beneficial for gut health, joint and tendon health, recovery and hair, skin and nails.

Yes! We don't market them as a "keto" product because strict ketosis followers might have an issue with the small amount of maple syrup in them (which is negligible, contributing <0.5g of sugar per bar) but we have designed the bars in consultation with nutritionists and keto experts who have confirmed they very much qualify as, and are recommended by those experts as, keto friendly.

Yes! Our kids love them and our whole range is perfect for kids. They are quite filling though so half a bar will probably be more than enough for the younger ones. Please note they do contain nuts.
