Collagen peptides are a completely hydrolysed form of collagen protein, which means the amino acid strands of the protein are broken into individual collagen peptides making them easy to digest and highly bioavailable. Studies have shown more than 90% of collagen peptides are digested and available in the bloodstream within one hour.
You need to be careful with where your collagen comes from. Most collagen powder comes from low quality sources and some have tested positive for traces of heavy metal contamination. Our collagen is Australian grown, hydrolysed and made. Quality you can trust.
Our highly bioavailable, grass-fed bovine hydrolysed collagen peptides support muscle recovery while nourishing your skin, joints, and gut for a fully rejuvenated you.

Serving Suggestions
For best results, consume 1 serve (15g) per day. To save on plastic we don’t use a scoop so simply mix 2 heaped tablespoons in 300ml of water and mix with a spoon, shaker or blender.
Made for Pack Flippers
If you ever flip the pack to check the back, you care about what you put into your body, and we do too.
Avoid the hidden nasties in your protein powder
You might be surprised by what’s really inside some of the top-selling protein powders. Look closely and you'll find a cocktail of ultra-processed junk your body doesn’t need and they're all things we leave out:
Like sucralose and acesulfame potassium which are linked to gut disruption and long-term health concerns.
Like soy lecithin are ultra-processed and often completely unnecessary.
Including tartrazine and Allura Red, banned or restricted in parts of the world.
Like maltodextrin used to mask cheap ingredients, as a bulking agent to save cost and extend shelf life. But, it spikes blood sugar faster than table sugar and may also disrupt gut bacteria.

Frequently Asked Questions
-
The collagen protein itself is relatively tasteless and won't affect the taste of your coffee, smoothies, baking, cooking and more. You can't taste the collagen in our flavoured versions.
-
Collagen is an odourless, tasteless, dairy free protein source that's a co-product of beef. We like it because it's a great environmentally friendly option and easier on the gut than other proteins. There's now a large body of evidence showing it's beneficial for gut health, joint and tendon health, recovery and hair, skin and nails.
-
Collagen is best for supporting muscle recovery, joints, skin, hair, nails, and gut health.
Whey is best for supporting muscle growth, weight management and to stabilise blood sugar levels.
-
Collagen isn’t a complete protein like whey, but that doesn’t mean it’s useless for muscle. Collagen has a very different amino acid profile. It’s particularly high in glycine, proline, and hydroxyproline which you don’t get much of from whey or other common proteins. These amino acids are critical for connective tissue, tendon, ligament, joint, skin, hair, and gut repair.
-
Yes, when consumed, collagen peptides (the broken-down form of collagen) are easily digested and absorbed in the digestive tract. Collagen peptides are small, bioactive fragments of collagen that are produced by breaking down the full collagen molecule into smaller chains of amino acids. This process is called hydrolysation, which makes collagen more easily digestible and absorbable by the body.

While there has been a lot of debate about collagen supplementation, there is now a large body of evidence supporting the benefits of collagen, many of which you can find here. Think of it like whey protein - everyone knows it's good for muscle growth because whey contains the building blocks your body needs to grow your own muscle. Collagen protein contains the building blocks of collagen, providing your body the raw material it needs to grow your own collagen.
-
Absolutely - that's when many women need collagen the most. Still, check with your healthcare provider first since they know your specific situation.
-
Yes! It's an essential nutrient. Collagen is also the most abundant protein in the body, so keeping up a healthy stock of collagen is important for us all, including kids who are growing fast.
